With Mary Jo, you will begin your Soul Shift Journey by staying five nights in Urubamba, Peru, at the enchanting Lizzy Wasi. This oasis of beauty and calm is situated on the ancient Incan Trail and surrounded by 360-degree views of the Andes. There, you enter via centuries-old doors that reveal a secret garden and sanctuary. From that home vantage , you’ll venture to savor Andean flavors, culture, and ruins such as the famous UNESCO World Heritage site - Machu Picchu, with lunch at the exclusive Sanctuary Tampu Restaurant. You’ll further engage your senses at the world-class MIL Andean Food Lab, created by the renowned Virgilio Martinez, owner of the #1 Michelin 2023 Restaurant of the World, Central. Each day will be filled with a variety of activities from cooking, dancing, and photography lessons to adventures in the Sacred Valley landscape, all designed to complement the Soul Shift Journey exploration Mary Jo will lead.

After Urubamba, we’ll travel to Cuzco and stay two nights at the captivating Palacio del Inca Manco Capac with its spectacular views of Cuzco at night. Additional unique flavors, arts, and experiences await you in this ancient Incan capital city, which still bustles in 2023! For one, you will dine at the famous Monasterio Hotel, housed within a centuries-old monastery. 

 We end our journey in Cuzco with new friends and a collection of memories, new skills, and schedule for your Zoom Master Class where you will design your own life and care plan, with step-by-step clarity for you to implement today and beyond!
